Successful transitions: the continuum from home to school

Through our Successful transitions programme ("Transitions"), we aim to help young children make the transition from their home environment to daycare, preschool and school.

The Transitions programme is about the transitions children make from their home environment into their first experiences of life outside. Our interventions seek to promote children's developmental readiness for these new experiences, and to support teachers and care workers in making the transitions successful.
