Objective: To promote and support the effective development and instrumentation of a programme constituted by partnerships, agreements, and alliances with diverse actors in order to generate actions to enhance social inclusion and respect for diversity among children from 0 to 8 years of age in zones of heavy in-migration, principally in the states of Baja California, Chiapas and Chihuahua.
