How do we want to raise our children?

Objective: To organise an international conference of representatives of all Mother Centres' networks to share the outcomes of national consultations on educating young children for the future;

Mother Centres are self-organised, grass-roots establishments providing care and education as well as community support to young families. A three-day international conference comprising representatives of all Mother Centre networks will be held to share the outcomes of national consultation processes on educating young children for the future.

MINE Dissemination Study

Region: International

Objective: to undertake a study determining the factors of the international dissemination of the Mother Centres concept and to describe the enabling conditions for sustainability of the Mother Centres at local level.

Mother Centres have spread to countries with diverse cultural, socio-economic, ethnic and religious backgrounds. A study will be undertaken to determine the factors supporting the international dissemination and describe the enabling conditions for the sustainability of the Centres at local level.
