M&E mentor East Africa

Objective:To strengthen the M&E technical and organisational capacity of BvLF partner organisations in Eastern Africa.

The project will put in place mechanisms for gathering, analysing, documenting and communicating the results and changes brought about by project interventions at individual partner level.

This process will involve working with a mentoring institution that takes responsibility for:

assessing the M&E needs at the different levels (community, field staff, management, etc.) within each selected partner organisation;

facilitating training and technical support to meet the identified needs;

providing on site support and coaching of partner project staff who are directly involved in M&E;
-
facilitating the development and implementation of appropriate indicators, M&E tools and systems with partner organisation;
-
evaluating and providing constant feedback in the implementation process; and reporting back regularly to partner organisations and BvLF on the whole process.
