Objective: To undertake research and collect information on traditional herbal remedies and traditional food that are effective in managing AIDS related illnesses and share that information in bookform with families affected by HIV/AIDS. The book will include a focus on the health needs of young children under five and will endeavour to document, assess and share useful information based on traditional and nutritional knowledge and plant medicines.

This project seeks to collect information about traditional herbal treatments and traditional foods that are effective in managing HIV/AIDS and AIDS related illnesses and share the information in a book with those who most need it. The book will include a focus on the health and nutrition needs of children under five and will endeavour to document, assess and share useful and accessible therapies based on traditional and nutritional knowledge and plant medicines.
