"Breakthrough Idea" from South Africa

The Family Literacy Project in Durban, South Africa, has been selected as one of six "Breakthrough Ideas in Education" by Global Learning Portal (free registration required), a website which aims to enable educators from around the world to share information, knowledge and ideas.
