Congratulations to the World Bank and Shakira

The Bernard van Leer Foundation warmly welcomes the recent initiative by the World Bank and Grammy Award-winning artist Shakira, which will plough US$300 million into early childhood programmes in Latin America and the Caribbean over the next two years. We look forward to working with the World Bank's team on this issue.
